FACT Paratransit Service/Shared Ride Program Policy - 

Updated August 2024 

Fayette Area Coordinated Transportation has updated policies for our Paratransit Service and Shared Ride Program. Qualified riders may still schedule curbside-service appointments two weeks in advance of their desired pickup date, but no later than 2 p.m. on the business day prior to service, provided, seating is available. No reservations will be taken after 2 p.m. for next-day service nor may we book same day trips. There are seating limits and seats fill up fast. To help ensure that your ride is booked and your seat is reserved, scheduling early is crucial.
