Telephone Messaging

At 4:30 p.m. the telephone system switches to the night message prompts.

The message states:

"Thank you for calling Fayette Area Coordinated Transportation. Our office is currently closed. If you are calling during non-business hours and you need to cancel your trip, press 4, for urgent care, press 2, to leave a message, press 0 or stay on the line. 

Reservations will not be accepted on this voice mail. For all other calls, please call between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday."
