Conservation District

Overview

The Conservation District promotes conservation and development of natural resources in Fayette County.  Appointment to the Conservation District begins with a prospective member being nominated by an organization.

Meetings

  • Time:  Regularly scheduled meetings are held at 11 a.m. on the 4th Monday of every month
  • Location:  Meetings are held at the District Office, located at: 10 Nickman Plaza, Lemont Furnace, PA  15456

The Conservation District Board includes Farm Representatives, Public Representatives, and one Commissioner Representative.
