INFORMATION!
There is a multi-step
registration process required in order to participate in one of our sales.
Please follow the steps below to ensure you are fully able to participate.
- Register with Bid4Assets, if
you do not already have an active profile.
- Complete the "Vesting"/"Funding"
sections of Bid4Assets to provide all of your details, be provided with a
copy of the conditions, e-sign the affidavit, and upload your documents -
ID, business documents, etc.
- Bid4Assets will review your
information and follow up with you if there are any issues with what
you've uploaded.
- If your registration with them
is complete and accurate, they will provide you with a link to set up a
virtual or in-person meeting with our office.
- Once you have registered with
Bid4Assets, had your meeting with Tax Claim and funded your deposit, you
are completely registered and authorized to participate in the sale.
ABSOLUTE LAST DAY TO HAVE ALL REGISTRATION STEPS COMPLETED WITH BID4ASSETS WILL BE ANNOUNCED.
- Appointments are first-come,
first serve.
- Appointments will be canceled
if not all of the steps were followed appropriately.
- We will not contact you to
schedule an appointment.
- If you fail to appear, it will
be your responsibility to reschedule, if slots are still available.
- Be advised, if you fail to
comply with one or more of these steps you WILL NOT be able to participate
in our sale.
NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
If your property is eligible for tax sale and you'd like to remove it, we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible to discuss the options available to you. Every case is different, so it's in your best interest to speak with a member of our team to be provided with the most accurate information.
