To provide professional service to Fayette County residents while defending the constitution and oath of office.  Our staff will serve with pride and honor while being consistent, impartial and without prejudice, always performing to the highest standard of public service.

APPLICATIONS FOR CONCEALED CARRY PERMITS ARE ACCEPTED DAILY FROM 8:00AM TO 3:30 PM.  IN THE SHERIFF OFFICE ANNEX

YOU DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT, WALK-INS ARE ACCEPTED.
$20 CASH ONLY

Upon submitting an application, you will be responsible for all fees associated. If denied by PA Insta Check, $15 will be refunded. This reflects an administrative fee of $5 that will be kept by the Fayette County Sheriff's Office per State Statute.
